"Hearing of BAR through mutual friends, I had decided to rush looking to increase my on campus involvement, but what I found was much more than just a pre-law organization. The actives were walking all sorts of different paths, with advice, support, and passion regarding just about anything you could ask for. I found people who not only wanted me to succeed, but wanted everyone to succeed. This community has helped take the edge off the competitive environment of Michigan, with people there for you every step of the way, not just as peers but as friends. I have enjoyed every semester that I’ve been in BAR, and look forward to my remaining 2 years here. BAR has not only helped me find my way professionally, but also socially and academically, which I hope to spread to future pledges and actives, deepening their sense of community and involvement in and around campus."
Outside of BAR, Ian is a part of Michigan's Club Lacrosse team.
Fun Fact: Ian enjoys tennis, golf, listening to music, and spending time with friends.
