About Raveena:
Raveena is a senior majoring in Cognitive Science with minors in Business and UX Design.
"I rushed BAR as a freshman who really had no clue what she was doing. When I rushed, I was mainly just hoping to learn more about the pre-law track, and I was really looking forward to the professional development that I would be gaining. Apart from the professional component, though, what I really have appreciated and am grateful for is the community I joined. I know this is going on the website so it sounds like promotional content, but I’m being so serious, the people in this fraternity are just awesome. The actives in BAR are talented, driven, and passionate about their interests. But they are also transparent and honest about when things are difficult and always remind me that I’m doing just fine. I love these people, they are sweet and hilarious. What a ride it’s been! Long live Beta Alpha Rho."
Outside of BAR, Raveena is involved with Project Write-On, the Prison Education Project, and plays for UMich's club softball team.
Fun Fact: Raveena loves to wear overalls but always overthinks wearing them because she never knows if it's the right vibe.
Recruitment Chair’s Responsibilities:
Organizes and conducts fall and winter rush for potential new members
Cultivates marketing strategies for BAR, including social media and rush materials
Works with Co-Recruitment Chair on all tasks
